Roasted & Salted Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz MNPG Pecan Halves or Pecan Pieces
  • 1 ½ tablespoon melted butter or MNPG Pecan Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Place pecans on a large baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove pecans from the oven and transfer to a bowl.
  5. Toss pecans with melted butter or pecan oil and sea salt until evenly coated.
  6. Return pecans to the baking sheet and bake for 10 additional minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve. Eat ’em hot or let ’em cool.
