Pecan Pie Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup corn syrup
- 1/8 cup unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup MNPG Pecan Pieces
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Prepare brownie batter according to the package directions.
- Pour brownie batter into a greased 9”x13” baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- While brownies are baking, combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter and vanilla in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pecan pieces.
- Remove brownies from the oven and pour pecan pie filling over the top and spread evenly.
- Place brownies back in the oven and bake for 20-30 more minutes or until filling is set in the middle.
- Remove from the oven. Allow brownies to cool at room temperature before cutting. Enjoy!
