Pecan Oil Italian Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• ½ cup MNPG Pecan Oil
• 3 tablespoons Vinegar (use whatever vinegar is on-hand)
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 2 medium Garlic cloves, pressed or minced
• 1 tablespoon local honey or maple syrup
• Fine Sea salt to taste
• Ground Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a whisk until all the ingredients are completely mixed together.
2. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Serve immediately!
