Ingredients:
- ½ cup MNPG Pecan Oil
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar (use whatever vinegar is on-hand)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 medium Garlic cloves, pressed or minced
- 1 tablespoon local honey or maple syrup
- Fine Sea salt to taste
- Ground Pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a whisk until all the ingredients are completely mixed together.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. Serve immediately!
