Chocolate Sea Salt Pecan Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup MNPG Pecan Halves
  • Sea Salt crystals for topping (optional)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9×13” glass pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Whisk the melted butter, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Sift flour and salt into the above mixture and fold gently until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into the wet mixture.
  • Stir chocolate chunks and pecans into the mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt crystals. Enjoy!
