Pecan Appetizer

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Dijon-Style Mustard (your favorite store brand)
- 12 Medjool Dates, pitted
- 12 MNPG Pecan Halves
*Yield: 12 stuffed dates
Directions:
- Stuff the pitted date with mustard and top with pecans.
Optional ideas:
- Stuff the pitted date with a mixture of chopped prosciutto and cream cheese and top with pecans. Sprinkle fresh basil on the appetizer when getting ready to serve.
- Stuff the pitted date with any soft cheese (Goat, Feta, Brie, Blue or Cream cheese), top with pecans and fresh chives.
- Stuff the pitted date with your favorite nut butter and top with pecans and shaved dark chocolate.
